However, his story is one of struggle and triumph all a while showing you how you can live a vibrant life through clean eating and a positive perspective. At this time, he doesn't have a podcast but you can follow his daily Instagram as well as his Youtube Vlog. A must follow

Triathlon Taren This guy is one of Canada's original Triathlon Nerds. In the first place, This guy is outright entertaining whether he is in front of the camera or behind the microphone. Additionally, his ability to captivate your attention and carry a conversation keeps you coming back for more. His podcast will keep you entertained for those long drawn out Z2 runs or rides.
