Finding Triathlon and your new you, is exactly how a diamond is made. It's not easy it's hard, and it can place you under a considerable amount of pressure. Yet, it's the pressure that makes a triathlete and a diamond. Creating any goal, you have to be prepared to experience pressure from your surroundings, but you have to keep your focus on the long goal than the short goal. We create our destiny, and we have to look beyond the goals that keep us locked down to the every day; like paying bills month to month. We have to have goals that excite our motivations. We need to understand why our goals motivate us to experience the unknown and continually go through this pressure. If you knew that this crazy pressure was going to produce a diamond, then you would make sure you would complete that goal. Life isn't any different. You have to work hard to make your goals. Life may kick you in the face on your way to making that diamond, but you hold steady. You have to adjust your plans, and they may be far from what you manifested, but you have to keep on target. The one thing that makes us different from a mineral like a diamond is that we can make a decision and create where we can begin to incubate a diamond. Don't limit your future on the past keep moving forward beyond the pain. You become who you are...a creator. You have a purpose, and your ability to understand the outcome makes you stronger. You already have the freedom to make you dreams "goals" come true. Once you know why your reason to create the goal, you will achieve this aim, and long term results come true. Your idea doesn't rely on a guru it is already within you, but all you need is to take a second and face the fear that prevents you from accomplishing your goal. I learned this by placing myself face to face to my fear. That was swimming. I cried my ass off knowing I had to commit to an under 4km swim. I felt that it was the right time to face that fear. I knew this wasn't easy, but by facing this pressure, I had convinced myself that a diamond would produce out of this. Let me tell you a diamond always comes from the rough. No matter how ugly it is that rough will eventually become a beautiful crystal that is harder than anything. If your goal is to become a triathlete or even try to achieve that profession you always wanted this is the same for it all. Trust me beautiful things come from continual persistence.
