When we see a new bike we stop to appreciate the art, the build and all the bling behind it. However, it's rare for us to instantly take into consideration the science, math and everything in between when it comes to building a bike.
As customers, we always ponder what new and interesting technology will be out in the new year. Often it's a mystery until the day of release or the leaks we see on YouTube. Although, there is a way to look into the future and getting a glimpse at what patents are filed.
In this blog, we go back into the future to look at the Ventum Patent filed for the in-frame reservoir. As a matter of fact, we have to say that Ventum set the trend for this. Also when you look at the patent you get a greater appreciation for what goes into the design and build of the products we use as an athlete. How do you clean the Ventum in-frame Water Container?
Our suggestion for cleaning the water container is to add a 1/4 cup of white vinegar to warm water and swish it around. Another option is to bring a big pot of water to a boil let sit and soak the bottle. This will help pull Fuel scum away from the plastic. Heated liquids could affect the color over time so make sure to rinse after every use.
