About the event
June 30 - Day 1: Arrive Courtney/Comox.
Track Run. Easy swim. Lunch in Courtney. Check in at accommodation. Return to Comox for flat, easy evening ride. Dinner at accommodation.
July 1 - Day 2: Hill workout up Mt. Washington (1-2 reps). Lunch/rest. Easy trail run/hike at Nordic Lodge.
July 2 - Day 3: Morning Hill sprints. Ready & clean up. Flat TT course Comox/Campbell River. Beach time. Head home.
